Zhang Suijie

Zhang Suijie, born in 1964 in Liushi, Zhejiang, is a senior economist and MBA graduate. Since founding D&C Group in 1994, he has guided the company from a Shanghai startup to a nationwide enterprise, strategically relocating production to Liushi to optimize resources and drive growth.

Under his leadership, the group has built a diversified portfolio including high- and low-voltage electrical appliances, complete systems, and instrumentation. Products have earned key certifications and are widely applied in major national projects, such as Daqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield，Baowu steel, and Pudong International Airport, establishing a strong market reputation.

Zhang emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and pragmatic management, fostering standardized operations while expanding into new electrical sectors. He also actively supports social initiatives, reinforcing the company’s corporate responsibility and brand credibility.

Feb 1993: Shanghai Delixi Switchgear Factory established — marking D&C Group’s formal entry into electrical equipment manufacturing

Feb 1994: Shanghai Delixi Switchgear Co., Ltd. founded — completing institutional standardization and corporate governance upgrade.

Jun 1997: Acquired a 100-mu (≈6.67-hectare) industrial land parcel in Nanxiang, Jiading District, Shanghai — establishing the foundation for large-scale, vertically integrated production.

Jul 2003: Obtained over 150 CCC certifications for key products including miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) and AC contactors — initiating a continuous, systematic expansion of certified product portfolio.

Nov 2006: Established Yueqing Branch and acquired 20 mu (≈1.33 hectares) of factory land — strategically embedding operations within Yueqing’s world-renowned low-voltage electrical industrial cluster.

Jun 2007: Secured CCC certification for distribution boxes and auto-transformer reduced-voltage starters — further broadening coverage across power distribution solutions.

Jun 2008: Achieved ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification — affirming end-to-end process rigor and customer-centric operational discipline.

Jul 2008: Shanghai Delixi Switchgear Co., Ltd. Yueqing Electrical Branch officially launched — consolidating R&D, production, and market responsiveness in Zhejiang.
